By registering for and participating in the International Brow Lash Nail Championship (“the Championship”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Submit truthful and complete registration information.
  • Ensure that submitted work is original and performed by the named participant.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who breach the rules.

2. Registration & Fees

  • Registration must be completed through our official website or approved partners.
  • All entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of participation status, withdrawal, disqualification, or changes to the event.
  • Your spot in the competition is confirmed only upon successful payment.

3. No Refund Policy

By entering the Championship, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation
  • Disqualification for violating rules
  • Technical difficulties on the participant’s side
  • Submission errors or missed deadlines
  • Changes to the competition schedule or structure

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Submission Guidelines

  • All entries must be submitted by the deadlines listed on the official competition website.
  • Submissions must be the participant’s own work and free of copyright violations.
  • Late, incomplete, or plagiarized entries will be disqualified without refund.

5. Use of Images & Media

By submitting your competition materials (photos, videos, text, etc.), you grant us the right to:

  • Use your name, images, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Display your entries on our website, social media, and press releases.
  • Archive your content as part of the Championship’s historical record.

You retain ownership of your work, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for promotional use.

6. Judging and Results

  • All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
  • Criteria and scoring methods are published in advance and may vary by category.
  • Results will be announced on the specified date. Prizes and certificates will be distributed as described on the official website.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, cheating, or abusive behavior toward organizers, judges, or other participants will result in disqualification.

8. Intellectual Property

All Championship branding, logos, and materials are the property of the International Brow Lash Nail Championship and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Internet issues, submission platform failures, or email delivery problems
  • Personal or business losses due to disqualification or competition results
  • Any damages resulting from participation in the Championship

Participation is at your own risk.

10. Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to change the competition format, schedule, judges, or rules with notice on our website. In the unlikely event the competition is canceled, we will notify all participants. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.

11. Governing Law
